Phil tells us a little about the South East Asian (SEA) CoD community and what it is like to be a competitive gamer in Singapore. We called this episode “Little Red Dot” which was Phil’s term for his beautiful city.

Try to imagine what it would feel like to being Number One at your chosen profession?

For The Evil Geniuses, their imaginations don’t have to work too hard - they’re living it. When it comes to playing CoD4, Team EG is now being called the number one CoD4 team in the world by most eSport pundits after their successful appearances at three European LANs.

Now back home in North America, Deny, Wombat, ntt, rob-wiz and w!$eGUy are basking in the success of winning at The eXperience and coming in second at i34.

To tell us his experience over in Europe and to describe what that feeling of being the best is all about, we have EG and Toronto’s own Ted (aka w!$eGUy) on the program.

Ted takes us through the European LANs EG attended and he tells us what it was like to play the toughest CoD4 teams in the world.

Making their triumphant return to North America after achieving a third place at The Experience (TeX) in Denmark and finishing at the top of the heap at the Antwerp eSports Festival (AEF), from teampandemic.net, we have none other than Team Pandemic’s CoD4 team on the program tonight.

Joe Amorosa (Nabore), Pandemic’s team captain and regular on BASH, is on with most of his team: CoD legend, Justin DeMara (prank`) and the newest addition to TP, David “Skinz” Patnode.

Pandemic destroyed the field at AEF and the repercussions are being felt to this day. As a result of being manhandled by the likes of Pandemic, giant CoD4 teams like fnatic, Dignitas and MYM have been released by their sponsors and tossed aside like they were candy bar wrappers. But where there are losers there must be winners and we have their voices on the program.

We close out the program with our Pandemic/EG anthem and musical response to SK-Gaming.com’s _evan who had predicted in BASH 71 that the North American teams would be wiped out in Europe. That’s right: $ucce$$4me is an added bonus for your listening pleasure on this episode.

It is rare to find women playing CoD4. It is rarer still to find women on competitive teams. Well, we might as well have found a unicorn, yeti or chupacabra, because have indeed located the elusive all-girl competitive CoD4 team.

To tell us all about herself, her squad mates and her team, the rare all-girl, Girl Gamer is naz, a.k.a. ev1lbitch from a young lady from the U.K.

Naz and her teammates are blazing a trail that hopefully some day soon will be treaded on by many more women. But for now, they remain the only all-female team in Cod League S&D 5v5 and in Euro Domination league S&D.

To help out the quest for more competitive-minded lasses, if you know of or are a girl (age 16 and over) interested in eSports and would like to play competitively and you are located in Europe, do not forget to head over to Team Girl Gamer’s website, girlgamer.co.uk and register to play with the team.
